Every time I visit this salon I feel love. The ladies are pleasant and classy, always ready to service you. Love the music and the ambiance that is present from beginning to end. Not to mention the hair washing experience where they take their time to make sure my scalp was clean. Never switching up on my girls. Always happy to book with Perfect Tranzitions Salon !

Love this hair salon especially that I don't HAVE to WAIT and they always seem to call me and ask ME if I would like to come in early which I LOVE but I decline because of me being BUSY

Let's just say this Salon seem to specialize in Locs.My friend booked me an appointment for a set and curl but when I went I was told they didn't have the rollers for that.In anycase I just wanted my hair done so the stylist showed my some styles and I told her to give me the easiest and quickest style.The easiest style is picture below.When she decided to do a two strand twist I told her that it would not last and low and behold. It cost $95 compared to $55 for a press and set/ curl. Day 5 , hair is bit frizzy as not enough products to tame it was used .My ends were frizzy when I left .

I am very frustrated with the professionalism of this company. I found a groupon stating 50% off of a $250 dread maintenance. I called in and the lady said that they no longer use Groupon? And after a long and drawn out discussion, would not honor the advertisement. I'm upset because I was excited to find the discount and to be told that I'd have to pay $165 rather than the $125 groupon because my very particular maintenance is not covered seems a bit off to me. I would absolutely honor my customers and this shop could have had my service for years to come. What a shame.

The best salon experience. Merlyn and Gerber were inviting and personable. The service I received were starter locs. I'm in love with the size and style. I laughed from the moment I sat in the chair, until I walked out the door. Fun, great vibration, great energy. Excellent salon experience.

Excellent full service salon! You walk out feeling like the most beautiful person in the world! I walked in feeling a bit low, after great conversation a new hair style, manicure and lashes I walked out ready to conquer the world! The women in the shop are highly professional and friendly. They made me feel like part of the Tranzition Family. Oh! Did I mention the prices are reasonable. Ladies and gentlemen this is best salon I’ve ever visited. I see myself as a regular customer! Magnificent services! I look and feel fantastic!

Loved it,the ladies are great. I almost fell asleep with the wash. Very relaxing. Didn't know how I wanted my dreads,left it up to them. She just simply said "Tranzition". I love it,Will be returning.

I loved it here !! It's a very nice environment! The young lady Amina did my starter locs today and she did a wonderful job . She's also very sweet and made me feel comfortable ! Love the professionalism and the urgency to take care of each clients hair needs . The other young ladies (Alicia and I forgot the other young lady with the red locs ) was very sweet too ! I highly recommend!
